As part of our commitment to remain on the cutting edge of banking technology, we are pleased to announce that we are upgrading our Internet Banking system. Our new system will provide you with more features and functionality. In order to make the switch, we must temporarily limit the availability of some banking services during the Conversion Period. We sincerely apologize for the limited availability of these services during that time. The conversion to our new system will begin July 28, 2014, and will be completed by the morning of July 30, 2014.

Internet Banking will be unavailable beginning at 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 28, 2014
until 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2014

If you are currently an Internet Banking user, you should have received a letter explaining the affected services and temporary limitations. Bill Payment payees, history and scheduled payments will not be affected and will be available on the new system. Scheduled or recurring transfers and account alerts will not be converted. Please check your currently scheduled or recurring transfers to make sure they are scheduled to be processed prior to the Conversion. Scheduled or recurring transfers and account alerts will need to be set up again after the Conversion. If you are accessing Internet Banking from a mobile device, a new version of Mobile Banking will need to be downloaded. The new version will be available for download beginning July 30, 2014. Exports to Quicken/Quickbooks will still be available. To prevent duplication of transaction activity, you will need to deactivate and reactivate Quicken/Quickbooks. If you should have any challenges logging into Internet Banking, please call one of our Customer Service Representatives at (979) 865-3181. To contact our Waller branch, please call (936) 372-2330.

Due to the conversion process, if you use Quicken you will need to modify your Quicken settings to ensure the smooth transition of your data. Please download and follow the instructions linked below for your specific Quicken program.
